If you have not received the email with the Live Stream Membership link, please check your junk folder. If you still do not see it, please contact us at info@mindd.org.

Switching from the in-person event to the live-streaming option will incur a AUD$100 processing fee until 10 days prior to the start of the forum. Requests to switch from the in-person event to the live-streaming option made after 10 days prior to the start of the course and before the online registration deadline will incur a AUD$200 processing fee. Yes, the Mindd International Forum Practitioner Program has been approved for CPD points (1 point per hour) by the ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Society). Short quiz questions are provided in the Mindd Live Stream Membership Hub to validate your participation. CPD points can be earned whether you participate in-person, via Live Stream, or afterwards via viewing the on-demand presentations. Other professional associations may also provide CPD points – please follow up personally.

While you cannot pause the program, you will be able to take the same breaks as in-person attendees that are listed in the program schedule. You can also watch the presentations on-demand or download the recordings a few hours after each live presentation session is complete. See Question below.

Presentations are broadcast in the time zone in which they occur (Sydney, Australia) and are not adjusted based on a participant’s time zone. To find out when the conference will be broadcast in your time zone, we recommend using this World Time Converter. View the schedule for the Practitioner program to find out what time each session begins.

Yes, the Mindd technical team will be uploading recorded presentations within a few hours of the sessions being completed. You will have full access to these recordings within the Mindd Live Stream Membership Hub. You will have access to watch via streaming or by downloading the recordings after the Forum finishes. If you download the recordings, they will be yours to keep. Watching via streaming or downloading presentations is available for 60 days after the forum.

Watching the Mindd Forum Live Stream is similar to the experience of watching a YouTube video. We recommend having a good Internet connection to have an uninterrupted viewing experience.

Use the system checker in your location and on the device you intend to use to access the live-stream program.

Visit the Practitioner Forum Home Page and scroll down to see the program schedule. The up-to-date schedule can also be downloaded to refer to offline. Note the schedule times and content does get updated as changes occur. Please check back close to the start of the Forum.

You can participate via a desktop / laptop computer, or via tablet or smart phone. Your log-in credentials for the Mindd Live Stream Membership Hub will work on any device. Only one person can log in with the same log-in credentials.

Yes, we will post a PDF download of the presentations for you to access inside the Membership Hub as soon as possible after the presenter delivers these to us. Sometimes these will be available before the presentation (depending on Speaker delivery), though we cannot promise this in all cases.

Yes, Live Stream participants as well as in-person participants can interact directly to ask questions and participate in live polls. You can ask your questions and interact with other participants via the online Question portal that appears below the Live Stream video feed. This can also be accessed via your smart phone. Details of this Q&A portal will be available once you log in to view the Live Stream.

Yes, at the end of each day of the Forum (or after you view the on-demand recordings of presentations) there are online review questionnaires to do. Successful completion of these will then qualify you to secure a listing at mindd.org

Please see the chart below this FAQ table to check the timing of the Forum in your region. Remember you will have on-demand access (including ability to download) to all presentations within a few hours of each live-streaming session.
